Plain English, no legalese wall. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
The short version
We collect as little as possible. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising, and we don't share your information with anyone who isn't helping us run this business. That's the whole philosophy.
Who we are
This site is operated by Tellurium Technologies (Pty) Ltd, a software development company registered in South Africa, serving clients in the United Kingdom and United States. You can reach us any time at hello@tellurium.tech.
Information you give us
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the name, email, company and message you choose to provide — plus the package you were looking at, if you came from a pricing link. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. It's stored in our email inbox, and we keep it as long as it's useful for our conversation and any resulting work.
Analytics & cookies
If you agree via the banner, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages and work resonate, so we can keep the site fast and relevant. This sets a cookie in your browser and sends anonymised usage data to Google. It's off by default — nothing analytics-related runs until you click accept, and you're free to decline with no loss of functionality.
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. The only optional cookie is the analytics one described above. We also store your consent choice locally in your browser so we don't ask you on every visit.
Changing your mind
To withdraw analytics consent, clear this site's data in your browser settings (which removes the stored consent), and you'll be asked again on your next visit. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser — the site works perfectly without them.
Your rights
If you're in the UK, EU or a region with similar laws, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email hello@tellurium.tech and we'll sort it out, usually within a few days.
Third parties
The only third party that may receive your data is Google (via Analytics, and only with your consent). Our website hosting and email run on standard business infrastructure. We don't pass your details to marketing lists or data brokers — ever.
